At Warwick Events, we’ve been a Certified B Corporation since 2021—because using our business as a force for good isn’t just a tagline, it’s how we operate.

Being certified (and now going through recertification) means we don’t just talk about impact—we measure it. From how we work with our team, suppliers, and community to the way we create events that bring people together, we’re always looking to improve.

We exist to create memorable experiences that feel both familiar and fresh—events that naturally bring people together while sparking real connections. That balance takes careful planning, creativity, and a deep understanding of people.

It starts with getting to know who’s coming and what change our client wants to see. From there, we shape ideas into experiences—thoughtfully designed, seamlessly delivered, and always with sustainability in mind. Because for us, it’s never just about running an event. It’s about making a difference, inspiring action, and creating moments that last for ALL our stakeholders.

Impact on our business practices

Since certifying in 2021, every day gives us a chance to challenge the way we work. From the way we source and collaborate with suppliers to how we engage with our clients and community, we strive to align every decision with our core values: sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation.

We’ve been a member of ‘Travel by B Corp’ since certifying and this remains a very strong focus of inspiration and a reminder of the strength you find in a community.

We remain focused on the future—creating events that unite people and positively impact the planet. We believe every action, no matter how small, can spark and drive change.

Looking ahead: what’s next for Warwick Events?

As we shape the future, our focus remains on making a meaningful impact through events. Our priorities include:

Empowering sustainable events: we’re launching a membership association to support corporate event teams in creating more sustainable events. By sharing our expertise and learning from others, we aim to start a community of event planners excited about using their events as a force for good

Investing in our community: we will continue to work with our partner charity, helping them to grow their service to reach and help even more young people experiencing homelessness. We want to raise awareness with local businesses, of the value and benefit of using charity and community venues for their meeting and events

Collaborating with clients: wework closely with our clients to craft events that are not only memorable but also socially and environmentally responsible. Our goal is to show that sustainability isn’t about bigger budgets—it’s about smarter, more thoughtful choices.

Putting people first: at the heart of every event we create is the experience of the people coming. We want every guest to feel welcomed, engaged, valued, and cared for.
