We don’t want to blow our own trumpets, but we do have the best clients. And the best team.
It’s always good to feel appreciated. To know that someone has taken the time to put into words how they feel. And even better when it comes through the post.
We’ve recently moved offices. After nearly ten years in the same building, we’ve moved across town into a shiny new office, buzzing with other businesses. During the move, we were ruthless. What we didn’t need, we donated, recycled, freecycled or sold.
But we also came across a folder stashed full of thank you cards and memories to boot. Thank yous from offering introductions “Thanks a million” to international events “we love you!” Our events are varied, and the thank yous we receive are a reflection of that variety.
Recognising how we work
It’s so rewarding when our clients understand the time, thought and care that goes into creating the perfect event for them. We consider the experience from the perspective of every participant, no matter how confident they are.
“feedback from the team has been fantastic”
“an amazing experience for all.”
We like to think we’ve thought of everything.
“Thank you for the amazing party you all helped deliver. A fantastic job, with attention to detail and the most amazing and wonderful personality and care shown by each of you.”
“Thanks for a brilliant job.”
“Thank you for everything. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more.”
Always a partnership
We always work closely with our clients, often as an extension of their team.
“We absolutely love working with you guys.”
“You are such a valued member of our team.”
“A massive thank you, it was an absolute pleasure.”
“It was so fun and creative to work with you – can’t wait for the next one!”
Work experience and hospitality
And thank yous have come from offering experience, hospitality and from team get-togethers such as celebrating our B Corporation Certification.
“Loved every minute of it… Thank you ever so much for making me feel so welcome…”
“Thank you very much indeed for the tour and your hospitality this week.”
“What a wonderful time!”
“Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
And the thanks from repeat customers who just keep coming back for more!
“over and above what was expected,”
“another phenomenal event… Your ideas, energy and support are invaluable,”
“yet again, you have surpassed our expectations… another unique and memorable event,”
“The energy, creativity and attention to detail is invaluable”
“we really enjoy working with you. Looking forward to the next event!”
So when you’re thinking about how much you’ve enjoyed something, consider sending a thank you, and even something by post. You’ll bring a huge smile to someone’s face! and that’s one of the reasons why we love working with the people we work with.
