We become what we think about…
…and so we have. In our 2021 business strategy planning (in the middle of a pandemic), we set ourselves some aspirational targets to achieve by 2025. We want to work with companies who share our ethos and values in having a purpose and passion for their local community and the planet. And visualising the perfect office space for our team and partners, this included a light, airy, open-plan space, filled with beautiful plants and good vibes.


Subsequently, we have moved offices. Not far in terms of distance, but so far in terms of where we started and where we have arrived. Following our B Corp Certification, we need an office space that chimes with our ethos and values. A landlord who we can work with to make the office environment the best place to work for everyone. And it’s important we’re based in the centre of beloved Stratford-upon-Avon so our team can walk to work or use the local bus service door-to-door.
Happily, here we are at Elizabeth Court, Church Street, in a building dating back to 1927 but with an interior space that is very much 2022. We are all feeling the difference this move has made to us. As a team, as individuals. On our morale, our confidence and opportunities – those kitchen conversations lead to some fascinating insights. We all feel a sense we are moving on and moving up.
And as a growing team, about to take on a fourth partner, we also needed the space to welcome our new team member; provide workspace for our supplier partners and of course invite our clients to meetings in a calm, professional space we are very proud of.
So, are we proud? Yes, we are extremely proud we are becoming what we visualised and will continue our journey with anticipation and excitement. Update your address books and come and visit, we can’t wait to see you.
