Giving Back

Fundamentally, we love making a difference.

That’s what drives us to do the work we do. However, we believe it shouldn’t stop there. We might be a small team, but we have very big hearts. And giving back is really important to us. That’s why:

We give a minimum of 10% of our profits to community projects or charitable causes

9% of this is split between team members to donate to their chosen charity and 1% retained for ad hoc donations and/or support like one off fundraising events. 

We partner with charities and offer discounts or in-kind support to underserved groups

Charities and not-for-profit organisations have the same reasons to meet as our corporate partners. However, we’d like as much money as possible going towards supporting their great causes.

That’s why we always substantially discount our management fees for all charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Giving time and energy to volunteer can be hard with the super-busy lives we lead. But it’s a really valuable way to help individuals and communities in need. That’s why are working towards these volunteering goals.

  • To have 20 hours paid time off per employee (pro-rata) by December 2021
  • Rising to 40 hours per employee (pro rata) by December 2022.

As well as this, we also take every opportunity to champion the causes we care about. Nothing is closer to our hearts than sustainability. We love to share the knowledge we have gained and learn more. We’re always looking for opportunities to take part in discussions, debates and speak on sustainability. And we’re open and accessible to individuals and businesses that need help to improve their social and environmental practices.

In 2021, our aim is to hold a FREE EVENT to bring our client and supplier partners together. This will be a hub for learning, guidance and debate. This will focus on how collaboratively we can achieve sustainable goals and support our community. Sound like something you’d be interested in?
